LOGISTICS
- Traditional meet format, in event order. 6 & Unders may leave after they swim
breaststroke, but parent volunteers must stay until the end.
(Note: Kid Pushers should begin lining up the medley relays following warm-up) - Please keep your swimmers in the Dragon Lair during the meet so that the Kid Pushers
can find them. - Dive Overs: In an effort to speed up the meet, all 11 & up events will have dive overs. Please remind your swimmers to remain in the pool until the next heat has started. This applies to the freestyle, breaststroke, and butterfly events only.
- Parents and spectators need to bring folding chairs. Due to limited space, no chairs are allowed in the Dragon Lair, except for parent volunteers.
- Please allow our Kid Pushers and Clerk of Course crew to line up and seat your swimmers for their races. Please do not walk your swimmer to the chairs behind the blocks as this confuses things and causes congestion.
- Parents of 10 and unders: Look for the tent labeled for your child’s age group to help Kid Pushers locate them more easily.
- Please remind your swimmers that it is good swimming etiquette to stay in the pool after a race until all the swimmers in the heat are finished.
