Hello Sea Dragon Volunteers!!
You are receiving this email because you have signed up to volunteer for our third official swim meet this Tuesday, 6/23. It is a HOME swim meet. We appreciate you volunteering your time and talents to help make this meet a success.
Below you will find the list of jobs and assignments. If you are new to the swim team or volunteer role, there will be plenty of board members who are happy to help guide you. Please make sure to check in when you arrive with the swim/volunteer check-in rep (this week, that is Summer Provancha.)
ARRIVAL TIME:
Set-up crew needs to arrive by 4pm. All other volunteers should be there by 4:30pm.
If anything has changed with your availability, please let us know asap as we will need to fill the role. Thank you!
